We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for large festivals, especially during peak season (May-September). However, we can accommodate shorter notice for smaller events depending on availability. Contact us as soon as possible to check our calendar.

Barry is fully automated for drink preparation and dispensing. However, staff is needed to restock the machine with supplies and to serve out the drink trays to customers. We provide 24/7 technical support throughout your event to quickly address any malfunctions or technical issues that may arise.

Big Barry is our premium dual-container system that serves 1250+ drinks per hour with expanded storage and variety, designed for large-scale festivals and events. We'll help you choose the right system based on your expected attendance.
